Over the years they have quickly and professionally serviced all of my tenants and my needs, dealing with many maintenance issues and proactively suggesting market improvements, rent changes, etc. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great agency to manage their rental property. Their fees are reasonable and their network of contractors excellent.

She has been friendly, professional and responsive throughout the leasing process, helping to make my first renting experience a smooth one. There was a little back and forth while I was trying to understand the internet setup for the property, but everything was clarified in the end. Overall, I appreciate her assistance and look forward to continuing to work with her during my tenancy.

I feel very lucky to have found my recent rental unit in Mosman through Dominic Coniglio at Schwarz Real Estate. True to his word, he kindly kept me informed at all times of the process of my rental application, knowing how anxious I was to live in this particular property which was perfect for me.
