Comprehensive market knowledge, professional approach and communicative throughout.

Schwarz RE had managed the leasing of this property for some years and were most helpful in ensuring a smooth transition on termination of the tenancy. I then relied on Cranston's market knowledge and reached a decision to renovate the property prior to sale and, due to overseas travel commitments, I worked with Cranston and his recommended contractor (NEH Projects) to plan the work prior to my departure. Cranston and his team obtained all necessary approvals and executed the work while I was travelling. On my return I inspected the unit with Cranston prior to the Open Day and was very happy with the finished product and the subsequent prompt sale achieved. As a result of my experience I would have no hesitation in strongly recommend Cranston and his team to manage the sale of any property on the Northern Beaches.
