Wonderful agent, very happy

I would like to thank Sandra Wison, her husband Paul, and the whole team at Ratcliff & Mathews Dee Why for their professionalism and service during the sale of our house. From the get-go everything was top notch. The communication, signing of the agreement, property advertising, open house inspections and closure of the sale went very smoothly (and quickly!). I was dreading the whole thing, but Sandra quickly put me at ease. She explained everything about the sale process in plain English. At no point did I ever feel pressured or worried about any of it. On the contrary, Sandra was always polite, helpful, down-to-Earth and friendly. I was always kept in the loop and felt comfortable that everything was being handled professionally and with due care and consideration. The agents' fees were quite competitive. The photography and floorplans were very professionally done. The write-up and advertisements were exceptional. The open house inspections were always on time (rain hail or shine). Sandra didn't miss a beat or drop the ball once. We received updates after every inspection about the people who came and their feedback on the property. We also got regular numbers and stats from her office about the online advertising and how that was doing. When it came to signing contracts, everything was clearly explained and outlined for us.
