A big thank you to Scott Harvey from Scott Harvey Real Estate for achieving a fabulous result with the sale of our parents 5 acre property (to finalise an estate). We first met with Scott in mid-June to make initial plans to have the property listed. 3 weeks later the property was on the market, open inspections over 3 weeks and a successful sale on the auction day, 24th July (couldn't be happier). We trusted Scott from the start and appreciated his market knowledge and professionalism. He always kept us up to date with enquiries he had received, prospective buyers and his feedback from the open inspections. Scott helped to sell our farm recently. He was polite with us and also with the many clients he showed through the farm and buildings. Always ready to welcome prospective buyers before their designated arrival times for private inspections. Scott has a country larrikin charm about him and he's an honest guy.

Scott achieved a good sale for us during the difficult initial period of Covid 19. He is a good communicator, and took the time to understand our property and find the right buyers. Scott kept us abreast of communications with potential buyers throughout the process, and closed the deal professionally. His comission was competitive, and essential advertising costs were refunded at the point of settlement. I would highly recommend Scott .
