We have just sold our house with Geoff who also sold our previous house. We were selling in a slow market and didn’t need to sell so we were not interested in dropping the price. Geoff delivered an excellent result for us. He is a very positive person who never gave up on our sale and through perseverance was able to find a buyer who was also very pleased with the result. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He is all over what is happening with the market, and was prepared to stick it out to the end. The marketing of our property was outstanding and led to a large number of people coming to the ‘open for inspections’ We were given instant feedback on each of these inspections with who attended and what interest they had in the property, as well as regular feedback on interest through other avenues.
