Working alongside Geoff was great, he was thorough with communications, very professional in his approach and understood the value of our property in a very tough market. We held strong and ended up getting a very fair price with excellent terms. The day the sale was closed he agreed to meet the buyers late on Sunday which ran into the evening. With the support of his teammate Rob, Geoff had the deal closed by 10:00pm on a Sunday night! Work ethic was unquestionable and paid off for us. Highly recommended.
