The great thing about Geoff Oxford and Seachange Real Estate is that the process of selling is straight forward. He offers honest feedback of what needs to be done to you house in order to get the best price. Along with that he has the trades to help with those things. For us this made the preparation prior to going to market really easy and well timed. After recently purchasing a rural property in Moorooduc from Seachange Property, I was so impressed with the service, I then engaged Geoff to sell my property at McCrae. Geoff and his team were able to style my property to present the home to market within a week. The marketing, including video presentation and photos were outstanding and the response from buyers was a true reflection of the presentation and marketing. Geoff and his sales team organised consistent open inspections and always catered for the buyers even in the evening and on Sundays. I was always kept up-to-date with feedback during the process and after every inspection. Geoff recommended an online auction process which was explained very well would open the market to more buyers giving me the best outcome. I had not seen this process done locally before, but after selling all I can say is Geoff is a genius, as it allowed for an efficient and transparent process for the potential buyers to participate and the result was outstanding with an unconditional offer and only 30 day settlement above my expectations in only 4 short weeks start to finish.
