We had a private inspection of the property with Geoff at 3pm. The time we spent was generous so we didn't feel pressured to leave before we had seen enough. We were advised by Geoff to make an offer by the end of the day because two other offers were being presented that day. By 7pm we had put our offer in formally and were successful in the purchase.

We were both delighted with the marketing plan and the video presentation was of high quality. For a while we felt rather apprehensive because of a development planned in front of our home, however Rob and the team at Seachange remained positive and kept plugging away.
