The team at Seachange Property, with Geoff Oxford at the helm, were absolutely faultless in their endeavour to find a buyer for our property. Our property was only ever going to attract a particular group of buyers, having 2 very large sheds on the land. So only buyers with a particular need for those sheds would have shown an interest. The advertising campaign and the quality of the advertising were second to none. The team at Seachange Property including Geoff, Dave, Rob, Rebecca, Julie and a ‘big shout out’ to Chris were fantastic with their motivation, communication and feedback. During the sale campaign the team boosted the business potential of our property which resulted in more interest from potential buyers. Within 3 weeks Seachange Property had a confirmed buyer with a price and terms that suited our requirements. We knew immediately that Geoff Oxford was the person who would get us the best deal for our house. Geoff was professional and organised but he also had a level of enthusiasm that convinced us he would deliver a sale in a relatively short timeframe. Seachange's method of using a Social Media campaign really appealed to us. We knew Geoff was very particular about presenting our home in the best possible manner. We listened to his advice and agreed to style one bedroom and temporarily replace our dining table. Simple changes with immediate impact which added value to our property. We did our part and the Seachange team, Geoff, Dave and a Rebecca, did theirs. Everything that was planned was done at the promised time, on the scheduled day and in a non-intrusive manner. Quality and attention to detail are always a priority at Seachange. Our first OFI resulted in a written offer above our nominated sale price.
