Rob worked very hard to meet our expectations in spite of a tough market and stiff competition. It didn't help that a neighbour put her property on the market at the same time with a set price less than what we were hoping to get for ours. In spite of these factors, Rob still managed to get a buyer to increase his offer to well within our range and with very short settlement period.

We consulted 2 agencies in the Mornington area. First one was a large well know agency who quoted us $450,000- $650,000 LESS ( lowest to highest) than Seachange did. As Geoff is also a qualified plumber, he knew straight away the quality build of our house and was positive it would achieve the higher price.........and did. Very very happy customers and will recommend you to our friends and family if they’re looking to sell.

I called up Robert to discuss my property sale and from that moment on he presented and communicated to an exceptional standard. I have had quite a number of previous dealings with real estate agents but none have come close to Robert's level of professionalism. He constantly went above and beyond, note only to achieve the best result for you as the vendor but to make the experience as seamless as possible. Highly recommend Geoff as an agent. He has great market knowledge and was able to get us above what we wanted in a really short time.
