All the agents we met were lovely people. They all brought nice presentations and lists of what has sold for how much in the area. Geoff stood out from the crowd with his use of social media to target potential buyers was amazing getting lots of people through which led to a great result. After having one agent who didn't bring any offers in, changed to Geoff who bought considerable people through, while he argued that styling would sell the house faster, some months later yeah a sale. The difficulty was not with Geoff, but he did his best to try and reduce outside influences impacting on the potential sale. On paper this house should have sold quickly and yes Geoff got a great result, we thought that he would as we had bought a property through him and was impressed with that purchase.
