After having one agent who didn't bring any offers in, changed to Geoff who bought considerable people through, while he argued that styling would sell the house faster, some months later yeah a sale. The difficulty was not with Geoff, but he did his best to try and reduce outside influences impacting on the potential sale. On paper this house should have sold quickly and yes Geoff got a great result, we thought that he would as we had bought a property through him and was impressed with that purchase.

Robert was magnificent nothing was too much trouble even did five hours of weeding because we lived in Melbourne . Put out and took in rubbish tins and arranged all necessary gardening and handyman work .

Geoff was like most agents chatty and very positive about the property so not much more to say about that. Where, as a buyer, I was pleasantly surprised was after the contract was signed. He was still available for questions which he promptly relayed to the vendor including when we needed to extend the finance clause by another week.
