I checked out his track record prior to engaging his services and although he has a reasonably short history as an agent, he has achieved a lot. All of the local agents that I consulted were stuck on a sale price of between $1,000.000.00 & $1,100.000.00. I felt that my property was worth much more than that and Geoff agreed.
