f I could give more than 5 stars I would. Melinda and David are absolutely excellent. I was so very hesitant to sign up with them after a bad experience with another agent but Melinda and David were very reassuring. David has an immaculate eye for detail! The way he would stage your property is so so good, you won't even know that it's your own home! I was with another agent and they could not even get me 1 offer in 4 months but Melinda and David sold my property exactly within 1 week, that too at a price higher than my expectation!!!
