Melinda sold our property for us. She kept us well informed throughout the process and achieved a result we were very happy with. Her knowledge of the market and the database of buyers she has was a real asset for the sale. Overall, it was great to deal with Melinda and others from Seeto Real Estate.

Melinda exceeded our expectations when selling our home! The level of knowledge, expertise, confidence and professionalism is incomparable and Melinda was by far, the most outstanding agent we have met to date. Melinda was able to achieve a record price in our neighbourhood in record time (3 days!) and she managed the relationship between vendor and purchaser with high integrity, professionalism and in a personalised approach that made all parties feel confident about the transaction. As much as we valued her professionalism, we really appreciated her approachable character and friendliness which helped ease any anxieties and made the overall selling process feel seamless and effortless. Melinda and her team put no less than 110% effort from styling, marketing, running open homes and negotiating, and the level of trust and confidence we had in Melinda and her team was beyond what we expected and we cannot recommend her enough! If you're looking for an agent that is confident in what she does and delivers outcomes you're looking for (and beyond), then Melinda is your agent!
