Melinda is one of the most professional and enthusiastic real estate agents I have ever met. She gave me many valuable advice and supports during the selling preparation and her selling strategies were practical and thoughtful. Melinda always kept me updated timely from each Open and discussed with me if there's needs to adjust. Highly recommended!

We bought this property off Melinda as our first home and have quickly outgrown it. Melinda was a perfectionist and helped us present our property immaculately. The price she achieved reflected this and her tenacity, and secured us a block record for the year. Recommended!

This agent got me a 2017 price and a complex record. If you want an agent who goes the extra mileS, Melinda is for you.

My father passed away and had instructed us to go to the Seetos for the sale of his only asset. David and Melinda took on this sale personally and achieved a phenomenal result for our property in a tough market and updated all us 8 children daily. I would personally recommend the Seetos in any property transaction. We’d love to work with them again.

My baby was on the way and we left the property in an original state. From there Melinda and David added their touch and their marketing is second to none. They are real, kind human beings and prove to be great with people.

I'm a childcarer in the local neighbourhood and have heard many stories about this agent. My co-worker sold her 1969 unit through her for an amount unheard of in that street so I got her to contact Melinda. My unit was limited in size so Melinda and her team worked with what I got and supplemented a few pieces to make my place presentable. The price achieved is beyond that of any 1 bed unit of this age that has ever sold in our suburb, and I put it up for sale at the lowest point of the market. This agent surpasses expectations!

So we chose Melinda through her online results. Our neighbours have dealt with her and so we went ahead. We are happy with her hard work and persistence. Hardworking agent!

My whole family and extended family have seeked Melinda in the sales of all our investment properties. Melinda's team would sometimes relocate our tenants for a smoother/quicker sale. Happy with this result in 2 short days. Melinda was upfront with my family about the negative aspects about the property, predominantly it being just next to the railway. She was just as upfront to the buyers which gave them the confidence to focus on the positives. Good price for the worst market we've seen.

Excellent agents who beat the slow market. I received a good offer in a week. Will use them again!

As per other reviews, Melinda is truly a top agent. She has helped me sell during a time I thought was impossible. Not only did she achieve the sale but also at price that was not expected. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property. Her in-depth market knowledge and her commitment has gained her a successful sale and a loyal client. Thank you Melinda!

My property sold in a week! Says everything when 7 other sales this year in the block by other agencies average 4 ~ 5 months & at $40k to $70k less. This may not be a lot to agents but Melinda Seeto and Team take pride in delivering the BEST! Thank you SEETO!
