I am in a group of residents in the complex and Melinda is very famours for her results here! As an accountant I tabled the pros and cons and did a lot of research for the group. We agreed that that Melinda is by far the best one to get us more, a lot of even after the deduction of expenses. So I asked her to come and she did after hours. She was polite, detailed and very professional. My tenant was not very easy to handle but Melinda treated everyone with respect and in less than 10 days, got me a sale price I'm super happy with!
