Nessie and her team have been fantastic getting our property up to scratch and ranted quickly. We had a few maintenance requirements and a few other concerns which Nessie was able to advise on and find contractors for quickly. We were kept informed of quotes and timelines for jobs to be completed and despite a slow initial interest we managed to rent for a price we expected fairly quickly. We are very happy with how the whole process ran, and the regular communication, especially as we live overseas and in a different time zone.

Securing our new home was a simple seamless process with Select Property. Kate processed our application quickly and sent us clear, timely communication to finalise our bond, rental agreement and first payments. The digital experience to sign the paperwork was particularly smooth. And when we had questions Kate responded straight away giving us clarity. I’m also really grateful to Scott who completed a really thorough condition report before we moved in and has been really responsive getting quotes and tradesmen in to fix blinds, plumbing and lights.
