Overview of Lane Cove, NSW, 2066

Kate was very friendly and professional with helpful advice. Ness and Kate were always available to answer questions and provide a smooth process from start to finish

Great thanks to Stephanie and Rhett for helping us through the process!

Nessie is a fantastic property manager who listens and shows an actual interest in our property and needs. She was able to secure a new tenant for us in a timely manner meaning there was no loss of rental income for us. Highly recommend Select for managing your property.

I recently appointed Kate and the team at Select Property to manage my property, and the experience has been excellent from the outset. With a demanding professional role and a busy family life, I was looking for a property manager who was efficient, proactive, easy to deal with, and would make the process as seamless as possible. Kate stood out immediately. She took the time to understand my needs, communication preferences, and limited capacity, and tailored her approach accordingly. What impressed me most was the team's accessibility and responsiveness. Whenever I called, someone answered the phone and was ready to assist. It was refreshing not to be directed through a series of automated prompts or left waiting for a response. Kate is highly professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. She provided clear advice, communicated effectively throughout the process. I felt confident that my property was in capable hands from day one. If you are looking for a property manager who is professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on making life easier for their clients, I would highly recommend Kate and the team at Select Property.

Select Property stepped in at a critical time for me as a landlord. Nessie's quick response, compassion, professionalism, and advice was incredibly valuable. It is so refreshing to work with a property management team that I feel confident in and that I know will deliver what they promise. I have appreciated Select Property insight and advice.

I have been dealing with Select Property for over 5 years now. Nessie, along with her team and Kate have always been absolute standouts and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Communication is always professional and on point. Could not recommend them more highly.
