So far my experience with select property has been great. The communication with my property manager has been consistent and efficient since we have been accepted for the property. In turn, providing a sense of reliability. The professionalism is high. Calls and emails are quickly responded to, and as of far I haven’t felt like I have had to wait so long for enquiries or responses. In the early stages of applying for this property, even my experience with the leasing consultant was the same. It definitely made the application process a lot smoother and felt very organised. Previously, I have never rented with Select property but I’d like to add in that this is one of my best experiences I’ve had with a real estate company.
