John always kept me informed throughout the whole sale process. The sale took a lot longer than either of us expected. John persited trying many different avenues and a pleasing sale eventuated. As this was an investment property for me, and it was sold to an owner occupier, John and the team at SBR worked hard to find a suitable rental for the lovely tenant I had. From beginning to end, Heidi acknowledged my needs and met every one of them. My property was Wodonga-based and I had already moved to Melbourne so I required a 100% selling solution. Not only was I happy with the selling price, she finalised a couple of pre-sale maintenance issues, ensured the garden was watered during a summer hot spell and worked with my lawyer regarding conveyancing questions.
