Heidi and her team have shown us the most professional, on point, prompt service that we could have wished for. We chose to sell our home in Victoria whilst we are on a trip around Australia. We have done it all by phone from Broome, WA. This meant that we needed to be able to trust our agent explicitly. Heidi has 100% delivered. Listed and sold at asking price in less than a week! In a field that is full of people looking out for themselves, John and the team at SellBuyRent are a real find. From our first meeting with John to talk about a marketing strategy he listened to what we wanted, gave us honest feedback and some things to work with and gave us time and space to consider our options. His communication is excellent, he’s prompt with updates and keeps up to date with market trends. Nothing was too much trouble and he always presented in a happy, positive manner. It’s been such a easy process right from my first phone call with John to arrange a private inspection as we weren’t available to come to the scheduled open home. We met with Heidi to inspect the house as John was off enjoying some family time away, but he managed our negotiations over the phone over the coming days. It was a smooth process and I always felt at ease picking up the phone to call him if I had a question. Everything just happened smoothly from the bank valuation, to arranging another viewing to bring our child back to even letting our kids pop the sold sticker up! Also credit needs to be given to the previous owner who left our new home in immaculate condition. We’d have no problem recommending John or SellBuyRent at all.

The people involved were friendly enough in this purchase but the time periods i spent waiting for responses and the fortnight where they went away on leave and left me lost in the dark with a rapidly approaching settlement date really soured the experience. I am sure they are lovely, but this experiance really turned me off sell buy rent
