Brought the professional touch to transform average house into a higher priced quick seller

The final result I got through Jo-Ann well exceeded both of our initial expectations but was no surprise by the time we got to selling. My place had been a solid renter for quite a few years but had no wow factor and a handful of things that lessened the appeal. We both knew there were improvements to be made but through Jo-Ann's organisational and creative skill I was presented with all the options I couldn't have organised myself and just had to give the go ahead. The result was a transformation of this house into a very modern and attractive home inside and out that I was sure would have a broad appeal with buyers. I wasn't wrong as after the first open home I had a very good offer and contracts were signed within 3 days of being on the market. This process can be difficult to navigate especially if there are extra things that need attention but Jo-Ann will make it easy every step of the way.
