Professional, friendly ans very supportive through out the process

Excellent agent, who is both professional and personable, goes above and beyond to her clients!

Jo was recommended to me by my brother, after she successfully sold his 3 investment properties in Queensland. When it came to selling my 1 investment property in Queensland, I initially went with my property manager who was also a real estate agent. After the 3-month listing lapsed with no written offers, I listed with Jo and she sold it within 6 weeks of listing it and at a price I was happy with! She not only made useful suggestions to have it spruced up but also organised all the people to do the work. Mind you, both my brother and I live in Perth, Western Australia, so it was amazing to have an agent that truly had our backs, treating us like family/friends rather than just her clients. Jo has my full recommendation and trust. In addition, Jo has also helped me purchase another investment property for my SMSF (self managed super fund) and is now also property managing it! Jo is amazing at her job, is an excellent human and a trustworthy person! I hope to shake her hand, give her a huge hug and share a meal with her, as and when I find myself in Queensland again.
