Fantastic Job
Scott and his team did a great job of keeping us constantly informed of all aspects during the sale of our property. What I liked the most was that at no time did Scott ever go down the path of "it's now time to drop the listed price of the property" like some agents may have done seeing that the property was on the market for 4 months. Scott always said "that if it was priced correctly it would sell we just needed to find the right buyer" and we did at out asking price. More importantly we sold at the price we were happy to sell our beloved family home of 22 year. My wife and I would highly recommend Scott Ellis and his team of hard working great people because they truly care that they are sell your family home and all it's memories. Great job guys.

Pretty good agent
Good communicator; easy to get hold of and replies to all texts. Little bit of confusion around the "Strata" details associated with the house but Scott continued to answer the many questions I have had about the matter. Liked his humour too!
