a smooth process
We found Scott to be very knowledgeable and professional. He was very easy to deal with and made the whole process very smooth for us first time sellers. He was always available and kept us well informed of the process. We planned to go to auction, but ended up selling a month early after the first open at a price well above our expectation. This was due to Scott's superior marketing and negotiation with the interested parties. I would certainly recommend Scott and Sellus real estate as your sales agent.
