I was pleased that Nikki quickly understood the type of property we wanted to sell and how we needed to sell within a tight time frame. Nikki suggested an auction method of sale because it would attract buys with less complicated financing so making it easier to meet our deadlines. The quick sale still required Nikki's skills to bring the offered price up to our expectations. Thereafter Nikki kept the buyer's interest while we negotiated various buyer requests.
