From the time she carried out the appraisal Nikki called it as she saw it, including providing various recommendations around the marketing and pre-sale issues in a matter of fact way. Nikki responded quickly every time I contacted her and kept me in the loop with feedback from buyers and (after we secured a contract at a sale price that far exceeded my expectations) the progress by the Buyer in obtaining finance right thru the pre-settlement inspection process and right up to settlement. We used Semple both to manage our rental property and then later to sell it. Kasey was the selling agent and she achieved a price that was 10% over our best expectation. She had an unusual go-to-market strategy which I was a little nervous about, but getting over $50,000 more than expected and a 30-day settlement more than validated her approach! We could not be happier with the result that Kasey achieved, nor the overall performance of the whole team (property management and sales divisions) at Semple. Everyone acts in a professional manner and they have your best interests at heart, which is more than I can say for other agencies I've worked with over the years.

John went above and beyond. Although the property was being sold AS IS, John allowed prospective buyers to arrange building inspections prior to progressing offers. After settlement, John also provided a lead for prospective tenants and Semple Property Group was generous in providing a gift when I collected the keys which was such a great touch of kindness when they are working for the seller and not the buyer. John was open and transparent throughout the process
