Tanya was very professional, friendly, had a very competitive commission and is a Shire of Cockburn expert. I would not ever recommend any other agent. She cleaned our house and organised her cameraman with little notice because the weather was great and she presented us with an excellent offer on our house which we accepted! She is approachable, very knowledgeable and has a wonderful appreciation for detail. If I had a property to sell in Beeliar, Yangebup, Munster or Success I’d engage Tanya and Semple PG straight away!
