A seamless and professional agent with a personal touch
From the vey first phone call with Michael it was clear he knew the market, understood how to make the process as painless as possible and cared about the exchange for not only us as the seller but for the buyer as well. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Not once did I have to call him to find out what was happening. He proactively reached out with updates, answered questions and responded when he said he would. Expectations set and exceeded every time. This was the quickest and easiest sale I’ve ever done. Cannot recommend Michael highly enough.

Was a great experience
Working with Michael throughout the sale was perfect, completely understood this was my first home and I had no idea about the process. Was more than happy to answer all my silly questions and if he didn’t know something, he found out ASAP.

Forget the rest and use the best
The best Agent! Michael’s professional and ethical approach to selling my home was refreshing. I would recommend with confidence Michael Kanik, to anyone looking to sell their property. For most people, putting your biggest financial investment in the hands of a good real estate agent, is not easy. The right agent
Michael is fantastic to deal with. More affordable than all the usual agents. Very IT savy and uses his young skills to put your property in front of the most likely buyers. Common sense valuation and skilled negotiator for a quick sale. I’ll be using him for all my real estate transactions.

Outstanding Agent
Michael took over from another agent who had the property for 6months. In that 6 months time frame the other Agent did nothing apart from bringing the price down significantly. On the other hand Michael did not mention once that the price should be brought down . To the contrary he suggested a price increase which we did. Michael sold my property. Throughout that time he showed true professionalism in everyway. His communication skills was excellent and answered his mobile whenever I had a question. I have no problem in recommending Michael in everyway. Well done Michael. You will be selling my next house!!

Well handled Michael!
The sale of this property didn't go exactly according to plan, but how many do? Michael handled everything admirably. The property was tenanted (until Mar), given to him to sell at a less than optimal time of year (the lead-up to Christmas), and he proposed a strategy that saved us an advertising outlay during a period of traditionally low activity, while allowing him to canvass his contacts for prospective buyers. We had a contract not long into the new year, but it was withdrawn during the cooling off period. Who does that? (!) Another contract for the same sale price was quickly in place, and after dealing with a NSW solicitor who was tending to her first QLD contract (ie: how to complicate everything), settlement actually occurred. Michael was very proactive throughout the process, making sure that all parties were fully informed every step of the way. The result, a successful sale at a reasonable price, and not a cent spent on advertising. Good job!
