Great Agent - gets the job done!
Michael approached me after no movement with other agents who had my property listed. Told me he had a buyer interested & I had the ‘sure you do, like all the others approaching me’ attitude. HE SOLD IT because he really did have a buyer. I’m in my new home now & very happy to recommend Michael, he has great communication, is professional & provides a friendly service.

Outstanding agent, he goes above a beyond for service
Michael is a great communicator and negotiator. He saved us $1000's by selling quickly at a good price. He helped us at every stage of the sale and always had solutions to any problems that came up through the process. He has a 'nothing's too much trouble" approach plus high energy, very positive outlook, an incredible knowledge of the market and a good network of connections. Great knowlege of the industry, great communication skills and very friendly and approachable
Michael was great from start to finish. When I first met with him he explained the whole process to me without missing any corners or hidden fees and without any pressure to sell with him. He remained in close contact with me discussing every decision I had to make and offered any advice for me whenever I asked. A few weeks out from settlement my buyer started back peddaling and tryed to get out of the contract. Miss comunication between soliciters and clients made for a frustrating situation. Thankfully Michael was able to communicate between the buyer and myself and defuse a problem that had the potential to be very tiring and frustrating. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family.

A Motivated and Proficient Agent
We took the time to visit 7 real estate agents to give them all the chance to win our business and we decided to go ahead with Michael not only because he was referred to us, but also due to the fact that we preferred his unique approach. Michael suggested that our expectations were realistic for a quick sale and he managed to achieve a price close to what we expected in an off market sale within a week or so. Michael focused on how our property in particular should be marketed and managed to sell our property to another investor very quickly to assist us with our future endeavours . Would highly recommend taking the time to visit Michael after you have compared what the others offer and you will more than likely end up giving him the authority to sell your property!
