Rajesh came highly recommended from a previous sale of his, his local market and sales knowledge was extensive, his realistic approach and cost effective ideas for minor improvements to assist with the sale was gladly welcomed. We handed over our keys on the Sunday, listing was online by Thursday, open house and sold on the Saturday. We were extremely happy Rajesh managed to secure a fast sale for more than projected range.
