Sold through the agent he was very helpful - the team did well One request To be more transparent and avoid confusion other sellers - We need to be advised that marketing payments are upfront. Thought all the fees will be deducted when settlement will be done Also, agent fee is high compared to the other agent but was only made aware after that it can be negotiated
