Upon selling my house, we found ourselves in a position needing to find a suitable house quite quickly. My partner managed to contact Jacqui and view a property just as the inspection was closing, this was the first sign of compassion we saw. We were then notified quite quickly of our approval and also that we could get the keys at a convenient time for us. This made an already stressful process seem really easy. After moving in, we had some queries about the property and a couple of things requiring immediate attention. Jacqui and her team were very quick to respond and also arrange for things to be sorted.
