Originally entering in to the Real Estate industry as a Receptionist in 1994 in Darwin, Luci soon recognised her keen interest in Asset Management and immediately set her sights on becoming a Property Manager. This passion was born from the fact that every day was going to be different, challenging but ultimately rewarding. Luci's career in Real Estate has seen her working with clients and their properties throughout the Northern Territory and other states of Australia. This exposure has given Luci a broad understanding of Australia's rental market which allows her to relate particularly well with interstate clients as well as local. Originally from Hobart Tasmania, Luci first ventured across the Bass Strait when she was 21 and has since found that Western Australia is the place she loves and feels most at home. Luci returned to Perth with her husband and son in 2012, Western Australia being the State where she originally obtained her Sales registration in the year 2000. After taking some time to enjoy motherhood, Luci has resumed her work in Real Estate as Property Manager - the role in which her interest has been and will remain. With 19 years’ experience she is still enjoying every day, meeting new people and being able to build quality, trusting one-to-one relationships with her clients - a level of service which can only be found in the most reliable and efficient professionals. Luci loves being a Property Manager and has thoroughly enjoyed her position from the day she started. Rebecca has been active in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She was actively involved in community development projects in the “New North” which gave her great insight into the building industry. A skill set she has transferred in to her profession as property manager. In 2006 she became a property manager for the First National group and her vast experience and knowledge has benefited her Owners and tenants alike. Rebecca truly enjoys her work with the Patience team and works hard to develop honest and enduring relationships with Owners and Tenants alike. Her greatest compliment is having tenants purchase properties and ask for her property management services as they have experienced, first-hand her professionalism and no-nonsense approach.
