Any small issues he ironed out and ensured that both the sellers and us the buyers, were happy with the transaction. Even though I didn't get to met Shane, my dealings over the phone were very professional and polite. Shane found me a buyer very quickly and when unfortunately that sell fell through due to the buyer's finance falling through, Shane quickly found me another buyer witinin a few days which was successful. He understood what we wanted and he achieved it for us. Thanks to Shane and his team.
