I have assigned Shead Property to look after my rental property for many many years. For the last six or seven years, Arpi Mouradian has been taking very good care of my rental property. Whenever the existing tenant moves out, most of the time, she will find a good new tenant right away. So far, I have no problems in receiving the monthly rentals on time. Should there be any problems regarding electricity, plumbing, hot water tank, kitchen hardware & etc, whereby I, being the landlord, is responsible for fixing up the issues, she always attend the matters immediately to my entire satisfaction. Most importantly, Arpi always has a very nice attitude and is very helpful.
