I have difficulty with these reviews as you really are only looking for positive remarks . In this respect i would rate your accounting department as 10/10for prompt and accurate reporting. However since the departure of Ann Dolan, service of the management side has declined markedly. I experienced many problems with Arpi M. firstly regarding correction of water leakage in Unit 104 and this dated back to July. Non follow up then in December off hand and incorrect name and phone numbers given to the contractors . I was promised photos of work done in 402/8 but they never eventuated. Advice of rent reviews provided with no recomendations or comments on the type of tenant. No person to person meetings which would be helpful as she is hard to understand over the phone . I requested a change of contact and was allocated Chris R. I met him on 8/12 and we discussed replacement of shutters and air conditioning in 104/8. He indicated the a/c may be done in a couple of days. I rang him twice on 12/12 with no response then again on 14/12. on view of his previous advice re a/c. I thought some action may have occurred I have had one quote for the shutters which seems very high I wonder whether he was actually inspected the unit prior to requesting this quote. I realise this is a difficult time for tradespeople . I have been with Shead for many years both on the buying side and management side . I find it sad that I have to now spend more time attending to these problems . Max Warner
