Tony went above and beyond what was required to help with the sale of my property. His recommendations for minor improvements were very well considered and effective and demonstrated his extensive knowledge and experience in the industry. He was incredibly helpful and encouraging during a stressful time and even went to the effort of providing his own tools and time to help with these improvements. He provided options at all times and discouraged unnecessary spending on marketing and advertising with the option to add extras if needed at a later date. This wasn't needed however as he found a buyer in 2 weeks. He kept me updated at all times, including when another offer came in and talked through the advantages and disadvantages of both to allow me to make an informed decision. He negotiated the sale price within a day at a significantly higher rate than I could have imagined. He was always available to answer my questions and provided regular updates throughout the process. He is extremely professional while being friendly, compassionate and understanding along with a great sense of humour. I highly recommend Tony's work and cannot thank him enough for everything he did.
