As you know there is a security system installed at the unit. It is currently disengaged, but can be reinstated with a monthly monitoring fee. The system was installed and recently updated by our security company, Securus. It has a GPRS monitored alarm and has a panic button. It can be switched on and off at the codepad inside the unit, or via an app on a mobile phone, which allows one to turn the alarm on and off from outside the unit, and from anywhere in the world. Would you please contact the buyer and see if he would like the alarm activated ? I would be happy for you to pass on my contact details and put him in touch with our security staff.
