Chris Shellabear conducted the marketing and sale of our house in Dalkeith recently. This is a difficult market and the house itself was old and somewhat dilapidated. Chris has demonstrated clear professionalism in his approach to selling in this case by auction so as to maximise the outcome required. I was under no illusions what the true market is for residential homes and since the sale things have gotten more difficult. Chris demonstrated real world advice and negotiated a successful sale given time constraints due to estate realisation requirements .
