With his colleague, Nick Holt, and their confident but relaxed communication styles, they together then create a brief “must watch” video clip walking through each property. They are careful to avoid over-the-top superlatives. And would-be purchasers can look at the videos in their own time as many times as they wish. I think this does lead to properties having increased attractiveness. Chris is a good listener, and respectful and dignified. These attributes promote trust.
