We use Sally and Peter Gillman to manage properties for us and the sale of our family home in Roseville was the most recent. Whether it's property management or the sale of a property, the service we receive is personal and first class. Originally from the Eastern suburbs and having moved to the north shore, they have expert knowledge and a great perspective of the Sydney area. They manage our properties as if it were their own - giving us peace of mind. The sale of property results keep us coming back to them, time and time again! Living overseas and not being around to keep a close eye on what goes on firsthand, we have to put a lot of trust into the agents we choose. Trust that our properties and tenants are in good hands and that our best interests are being looked after. Shields Gilman has never let us down. With our Roseville home, Peter and Sally provided the right advice with regards to the sales process, presentation and styling. They kept us informed throughout the sale of the home, guiding us through the offers we received, until they conducted the on-site auction, with us watching the auction live from overseas. The sale price was much higher than what we had been expecting and we couldn't have been happier. Highly Recommended.
