Garth Brennan is the consummate professional. Nothing was too much bother for Garth and He is an expert in his field. I felt very comfortable with Garth from the outset and we were treated extremely well, very professionally and Garth was very honest with every aspect of the sale of our property. Peter had an excellent knowledge of the local market in the Charlestown and whitebridge area. In our initial discussion Peter gave us the price range he believed the property would achieve. We were able to achieve a price in that range after only 10 days on the market. Peter had the price discussion with the buyer and came to us when he had a suitable offer. This made it very easy for us and eliminated a lot of stress. All the team that Peter has were very professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend him to any prospective sellers.
