Garth is highly professional, driven & got us a great result in the end. Our property was in a very niche market being 6 bedrooms. We had plenty of offers when we were on the market with a previous agent, none of which were within the price guide. Garth saw beyond that and worked for the vendor, not the purchaser. He demonstrated great perseverance & didn't give up until he found a genuine buyer who could totally appreciate the quality of the home & subsequent price point.
