Stephanie made the whole sale process stress-free. She went above and beyond to make the process as easy for me as possible. As well as the normal open-house and marketing that you expect of your agent, Stephanie took charge of all the prep work and presentation work for me (I live 4 hours away so it would have been a huge task for me to coordinate everything). On top of that, her personal skills with customer relations and negotiation are excellent and she got me a great result in a difficult sales market.
