Stephanie has helped me over a lengthy period of time to find the ideal house for my needs. She consistently followed up my interest after inspections on all properties she was representing for Vendors and made a point of finding out over that period of time exactly what kind of property I wanted to buy. She also bid on my behalf on a property where she was not acting for the Vendor and I was unable to attend the auction. When I was unsuccessful in purchasing that property, she went out and door knocked houses on that street until she found a willing seller and notified me. I was successful at the auction and I am now a happy owner on that street due to her efforts. Not only that, but during the period leading up to Settlement she has been kind enough to arrange with the Vendor for me to measure up inside the house for some renovations that I wish to carry out after Settlement. I highly recommend her as the best agent I have come in contact with over the three years I spent looking for the right house.
