Mena Sidarous Director / Licensee New Developments/ Investment Property Specialist A highly respected individual in the construction and development industry with 14 years experience, Mena Sidarous has a track record of selling, designing, building and developing properties both commercial and residential. Completing a Degree in Construction Management and majoring in Property Economics at the University of Western Sydney and obtaining a Diploma in Architecture, Mena is a local with knowledge on every aspect of the real estate environment. Now focusing on the real estate industry more closely, Mena has successfully obtained his Real Estate License and Certificate of Sales to pursue his ambition on creating a new way of Real Estate. Mena’s easy going and down to earth approach to clients has proven to be most effective with clients.

With a personality built on honesty, trust and due diligence, Frances Sidarous has placed herself in industries to match. Working at mid and top tier law firms and being appointed as a Justice of the Peace, this has allowed Frances to excel with diligence in everything she puts her mind to and to carry out her work with professionalism and with attention to detail. Frances has completed a Certificate of Sales, a Legal Secretarial Certificate through the Law Society of New South Wales and is currently a First Year Law Buddy Mentor for First Year Law Students whilst studying a Bachelor of Business and Commerce/Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Sydney. This has allowed Frances to further understand her Senior Property Manager & New Development Sales Manager role and to meet the needs of the community and work colleagues.
