Melinda Barnes | Managing Director & Co-Owner | Signature Property Agents Melinda Barnes began her real estate career in 2005 as a Property Management specialist in the Sutherland Shire, quickly establishing herself as a trusted name in the local market. Over the following six years, she broadened her expertise across the Sutherland Shire, St George Shire, and Melbourne CBD before seizing the opportunity to buy into the Property Management department at Signature Property Agents. As Co-Director of Property Management, Melinda grew the department from the ground up and today, as Managing Director and owner of Signature Property Agents, she leads a boutique agency that puts people first. Melinda oversees the Property Management department while specialising in the sale of residential, luxury, and investment properties across the Sutherland Shire. With two decades of experience behind her, Melinda brings a rare combination of market knowledge, strategic thinking, and genuine care to every client relationship. Renting or Selling

Melinda was around the corner from me and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made was for her to manage and sell my property. She was very professional, easy to talk to, always kept me up to date with all situations, gave guidance and advice without being "in my face" as some agents are. Achieves Great Results
