In my experience, Richard is relentless and determined on behalf of the vendor. Whereas many other agents would have been strongly encouraging price reductions to move my property, Richard was constant in his recognition and defence of the value and quality of my property and determined to get a fair price. He attended every one of the open houses and often visited the property on my behalf when I was unable to but had a tradesperson there to do something. Even after having a nasty fall, resulting in a shoulder operation, Richard continued to be completely committed to the sale. He remained enthusiastic throughout the process of the sale and supported be his strong team, Karen and Melody . We engaged Richard and Samantha to sell our waterfront property at 37 Carrington Avenue Mosman, where we have lived the dream for 30 years. We knew Richard as a waterfront expert and an agent who always fought to achieve the best results for his vendors. We have sold several properties over the years and have never dealt with an agent even close to the ability and positive attitude of Richard and his team. We had a few strong buyers with whom we came to agreement, thanks to Richard cleverly satisfying their individual concerns and technical requirements.
