Dennis is a real estate who really knows his stuff and made the process of selling our home seamless pleasurable experience from appraisal, communication to settlement. His use of mobile, net, photo and video technology is impressive. He goes above and beyond to cast a wide marketing net and present the property in its best light including access to trades and legals through his extensive network which we appreciated.

Above and beyond service!

Dennis was fantastic right from the start. He explained everything really well and put us at ease. When there were major issues with settlement my husband would call Dennis and get advise even though it was an issue with the solicitors. My husband wouldn’t have any hair left if Dennis didn’t step in and help. I would HIGHLY recommend him to my friends and family. A real estate agent you can trust!

The only one who could sell my property

Dennis knew so much about the local market and new techniques used to see properties. Although the price I got was below my expectations he guided me with his knowledge so that I accepted an offer that was effectively at market value.
